On Sunday 21st April, Liphook Scouts joined other groups from the district in Petersfield to celebrate St George’s Day. Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from Liphook carried flags as part of the parade which occurred around the heath.

The Scout Association recognises the service given by adult appointments. Three of our leaders were presented with awards at this years celebrations, equalling 115 years of service between them.

District commissioner Lee Lewis presented Mary Coyte a certificate for 50 years service, Kevin Stephenson got his 40 year certificate and Mark Stocker was recognised for 25 years.

Congratulations to them for their remarkable service to Scouting!
