Learn and experience skills and adventures with Liphook Scouts
At Liphook Scout Group we try to give all of our members, leaders and helpers – of all age groups and abilities – an opportunity to take part in traditional Scouting activities such as Hikes, Camps and Orienteering. Liphook Scout Group has leaders and helpers certified to lead activities such as Canoeing, Climbing, Air Rifle Shooting and Archery. We also run an Archery Club and a Shooting Club.

Archery
There are lots of chances to try archery with Liphook Scouts. We have our own dedicated club.
Backwoods Cooking
Cook a tasty meal on an open fire!
Badges
Individual and team challenges, working towards earning badges.
Camp Fires
Sing along to songs around the camp fire circle.
Camping
Sleeping outdoors. Beavers go on a camp with their parents, Cubs head on a weekend camp, and Scouts go on a week-long camp.
Challenges
Tasks to test and build skills. Like can you build a raft that won’t sink?
Climbing
Our experienced team of instructors can lead rock climbing activities. We even have a wall inside our HQ.
Crafts
Make unique things and show off creativity and imagination.
Days Out
From visiting theme parks, to having a tour of a fire station, there’s lots of opportunities for fun days out.
Fun activities
From water fights to donuting, there’s lots of fun activities to try.
Games
Most meetings involve games, both indoor and outdoor.
Hiking
Exploring the countryside on foot… with the help of a map.
Kayaking & Canoeing
Head out on to the water in kayaks and canoes. Liphook Group owns enough kit to take out a big group.
Learning
A chance to go to some unique places and learn interesting things from experts.
Rifle Shooting
Liphook Scouts has its own air rifle shooting club, with highly trained instructors.
Unique Trips
Special adventures have been arranged… for example, the Explorers went up in gliders.
